Embodied Mandala: A Somatic Dance & Sound Journey

9 October  5 – 6:30pm

Hong Kong Fringe Club

In-Person

Mandalas are more than paintings — they are sacred portals that guide us to our inner landscapes. In these workshops, we will journey together into these healing spaces, where movement, imagination, and meditation connect us with peace and harmony.

Rita Kwong brings together expertise in movement and healing — from clinical physiotherapy and mindful movement (as a ballet and Pilates instructor) to sacred energy and sound practices (as a Medicine Woman, Reiki practitioner, and singing bowl guide).

Her integrative approach weaves body, mind, and soul — blending movement, sound, and presence — to open pathways toward harmony, vitality, and wholeness

What to Expect:

  • – Gentle guided movement and dance to explore your healing landscape
  • – Immersion in a safe, sacred space
  • – Singing bowl healing to settle and ground
  • – Sharing and reflection together
  • – No dance or meditation experience needed — open to everyone.

What to bring:

  • – Comfortable clothes for easy movement
