Format Online, seven sessions

The practice

Five Light Yoga Meditation is a method developed by Venerable Choje Lama Phuntsok, founder of the Karma Leksheyling Institute, from whom Khenpo Tsering received direct transmission. It draws on the foundations of the Six Dharmas of Naropa, a tantric tradition, together with the visualisation of chakras and five lights, and simple yoga movement.

The full course is a three-year commitment. The seven-day session offers an introduction to the body, breath and mind, and to the outer and inner yoga of the practice. Participants who show readiness are guided to the secret yoga practice at a later stage.

The practice is best suited to those with a basic understanding of key Buddhist concepts.
